We are asking that you RSVP by 02/02/26 and we highly encourage you to book your hotel/lodging as soon as possible! The surrounding towns are small and often busy this time of year.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those addressed on your invitation.

Children are not allowed unless specifically addressed on your invite. Thank you.

Our dress code is Formal - Dress to Impress! Think: bold colors, interesting textures - wear something that has that "wow" factor in whatever way that looks like for you. Have fun with it! The terrain is uneven so please wear appropriate shoes. Recommending block heels for the ladies (avoid pointed heels). Transportation will be provided. All guests will need to take the bus into Zaca Lake the day of the wedding. Bus pickup will be at the Hampton Inn and Suites (3:00PM) and the Sideways Inn (3:00PM). These hotels have room blocks but if you will be staying elsewhere, please find your way to one of the bus pickup locations early.

No. Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited at Zaca Lake and on bus transportation to the property. If anyone is seen smoking or vaping, they will be fined and asked to leave the property (pretty dang serious) !! This is because Zaca is in such a high fire zone.

Our 2 buses are available to take people back from Zaca at any time. Even if there is only one person needing a ride, they will be happy to transport you back to the pick-up spot. This gives you the flexibility to leave as early as you need or stay as late as you wish! Ubers do not come back to Zaca as it is a private road. No outside vehicles are allowed.
